As President I'd create incentives for more diversity in government. While this includes women and minorities, more importantly, it includes diversity of profession. We need to get most of the lawyers out of Washington--they are the scourge of our time. We need Drs, plumbers, teachers, firefighters, etc in office since they understand the country's troubles.
