Blackface incident at Post cartoonist’s 2018 Halloween party resurfaces amid protests
A guest of Tom Toles showed up as Megyn Kelly with blackface and an African American woman and her Latina friend confronted her. They’ve demanded the woman’s identity and Toles has apologized.
