Weinstein Accuser: Weinstein Appeared To Have Both Male And Female Sex Organs
Former actress Jessica Mann testified on Friday during Harvey Weinstein’s sex-crimes trial that she initially thought meeting the disgraced movie mogul in 2013 was a blessing from God for all of her hard work pursuing her dreams — but her ensuing relationship with Weinstein quickly disproved that theory.
According to The Daily Beast, Mann testified that Weinstein “assaulted her on multiple occasions, including forcibly performing oral sex on her in a hotel room after promising her lead roles in his upcoming movies.”
In another incident, the actress said Weinstein raped her in a New York City hotel room. Afterward, Mann said she found a needle in the bathroom that she believed he used to inject “medicine” to help him attain an erection.
Mann went on to say that she believed Weinstein might be “intersex” and appeared to have both male and female genitalia:
“The first time I saw him fully naked, I thought he was deformed and intersex,” she said, as Weinstein put his head into his hand. “He has extreme scarring that I didn’t know if he was a burn victim but it didn’t make sense. He does not have testicles and it appears that he has a vagina.”
She also told the court that her brief relationship with Weinsten also included an encounter during which the Oscar-winner urinated on her.
Mann said it was a combination of fear for the safety of her family — “I thought he was gonna hurt my father,” she said, according to Vulture. “He said to me that he has guys with bats …” — and concern over his influence in the industry she’d worked so hard to break into.
The Daily Beast noted that Weinstein faces five sex-crime charges, three of which are related to his encounters with Mann. “The other two charges are for allegations made by Miriam Haleyi, a former Project Runway production assistant who testified that Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her at his SoHo home in 2006,” the publication reported.
