WATCH: Vulnerable GOP Senator Freaks Out When Asked About New Parnas Bombshells

“You’re a liberal hack! I’m not talking to you. You’re a liberal hack."

Arizona Senator Martha McSally, one of the more vulnerable Republicans up for reelection this year, flipped out when CNN’s Manu Raju asked her about the latest developments in President Donald Trump’s impeachment, according to RawStory.

On Tuesday, House Democrats released a tranche of documents obtained from Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas, revealing explosive new information on team Trump’s successful attempt to oust former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, as well as making clear that Trump was aware of his personal attorney’s activities in Ukraine.

Just one day later, Parnas and his attorney appeared on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow, where the Soviet-born businessman unleashed all sorts of details about his work with Giuliani and claimed that Trump knew everything.

Confronted with these developments, McSally had no meaningful response — only disparaging remarks for the reporter asking the questions.

“You’re a liberal hack! I’m not talking to you. You’re a liberal hack,” she said to Raju, then walked into a Senate hearing room.

RawStory noted that McSally is not polling as well as she might hope heading into the 2020 election. The Republican previously lost her bid for the seat but was appointed to the post in 2019, which had been held by the late Senator John McCain.

McSally now faces Democratic challenger and astronaut Mark Kelly, the husband of former Rep. Gabby Giffords (D-AZ).
