WE won two world wars?! Did I miss that part in history class? We contributed, sure, but WE didn't win them. He acts like we were the only ones fighting the Germans and Japanese. WWI was almost over when we reluctantly joined in, in 1918; the French and Brits had been fighting for over three years. WWII was well on its way in Europe when we joined in, and what ended it was the Allied (US, British, Polish, French, etc. pushing from the West), and Russia pushing from the East that ended it. Japan had been attacking China and Korea for what, four years when they attacked Pearl Harbor? Without a hell of a lot of help from Britain, Australia, and India to a lesser degree, we wouldn't have been where we were to drop the bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
So no, you orange buffoon, WE didn't win shit!
If I'm not mistaken, I believe the discussion was about changing the names of military bases that were named after officers of the CONFEDERACY, who (unless I'm mistaken) had absolutely NO contribution to the World War efforts.
