(Video) Sanders: Trump ‘OK’ With Businesses Hanging Anti-Gay Signs

Sarah H. Sanders declares that Trump supports a business’s right to discriminate based on sexual orientation.

Following oral arguments in the Masterpiece Cakeshop case currently before the Supreme Court, where President Trump's solicitor general argued that business owners should be allowed to hang signs indicating they will not serve gay customers, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders indicated Trump is in agreement with the solicitor general's opinion.

Asked if the president agrees with a baker putting a sign in the window stating "we don't bake cakes for gay weddings", Sanders responded:

"The president certainly supports religious liberty and that's something he talked about during the campaign and has upheld since taking office," Sanders replied. When pressed on whether that included support for signs that deny service to gay people, Sanders responded: "I believe that would include that."
