In a recent episode of his primetime segment on Fox News, Tucker Carlson appeared baffled by the fact that feminists make meaningful contributions to scientific research.
Speaking on a report about the devastating effects of climate change, his primary concern was not the implications of the study, but who was performing it: "How did we wind up with a country in which feminists do science?"
He seemed convinced that studies showing evidence of climate change were part of a larger feminist agenda to believe that the phenomenon exists (though to him, presumably, it doesn’t.)
"I mean, isn't that—we're sort of bound to get a study like this, right?" he asked. Perhaps he doesn’t realize that most scientists are motivated by making the world a better place, not just creating “fake news” to push their political beliefs.
