"I think the concept of chokeholds sounds so innocent, so perfect, and then you realize if it’s a 1-on-1."

President Donald Trump described the “concept of chokeholds” as “so innocent, so perfect” during a recent interview with Fox News.

  • Speaking with Fox host Harris Faulkner, Trump said: “Sometimes if you’re alone and you’re fighting somebody, it’s tough. We have some real bad people. You saw that in the last couple of weeks. I think the concept of chokeholds sounds so innocent, so perfect, and then you realize if it’s a 1-on-1. Now if it’s 2-on-1 that’s a little bit of a different story. Depending on the toughness and strength. You know, we’re talking about the toughness and strength. There’s a physical thing here also.”

  • The president added that a chokehold might be necessary “if a police officer is in a bad scuffle.”

  • Trump said “generally speaking” he thinks the practice should be ended.

  • On what he wants to see in policing, Trump said: I want to see really compassionate but strong law enforcement, police force, but law enforcement, and I don’t want to see mistakes.”

Another coherent, well thought out opinion by our President. Will this nightmare ever end?

The name "Donald Trump" sounds innocent, too, if you take great pains to ignore just who and what Dithering Donnie really is.
