The leaders of Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Japan all walked a length of 700 yards in order to be photographed at a local town piazza.

Mr. Trump was the only leader to require a special assistance vehicle.

President Trump has a long history of accusing others of being “low energy” and tired.

During the 2016 campaign, Mr. Trump accused both former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL) and Sec. Hillary Clinton of being “low energy”.

You ever see Hillary where she comes out and she’ll read a teleprompter and then she’ll go home and you don’t see her for three, four days, then she comes back?” Trump asked an audience during a town hall in the Summer of 2016. “She’s low energy, she actually is low energy. She’ll go home, she’ll take a nap for four or five hours then come back. No naps for Trump! No naps. I don’t take naps. We don’t have time! We don’t time.”

Sec. Clinton is known for taking hikes in the Westchester woods near her property in Chappaqua, NY.

Just recently, Mr. Trump canceled a speech in Saudi Arabia due to “exhaustion“.
