Herman Cain, the former Godfather Pizza CEO, has been sued for sexual harassment a number of times.

Herman Cain is the former Godfather Pizza CEO, a former presidential candidate, and the target of at least two sexual harassment claims. Now, Trump is considering giving Cain the Federal Reserve governorship, according to CNBC.

Cain was formerly the chairman of the Kansas City Fed from 1989-1996 before he left to pursue his political ambitions. He ran for president in 2011 and was fleetingly successful due to his “9-9-9” plan, which references the tax rates he would have put on personal income, federal sales, and corporations. His campaign was suspended in the same year after he allegedly sexually harassed two women.

Trump is meeting with candidates for two vacancies on the central bank board. He met with Cain on Wednesday at the White House. CNBC’s Eamon Javers confirmed that Cain was escorted by National Economic Council director Larry Kudlow.
