MSNBC host Joe Scarborough noted that President Trump has shown that "he will do whatever he can get away with."

President Donald Trump “has proven over the past three and a half years that he is capable of anything,” MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said on Monday morning, and “he will do whatever he can get away with.”

Scarborough added that it is now up to the brightest minds inside and outside government to determine what will be done if Trump loses the election and refuses to leave office.

“How does our government, how does our military, how does the Secret Service, how quickly do the courts respond to a sitting president who is defeated at the ballot box and refuses to leave?”

Scarborough noted the president’s comments during a recent Fox News interview, in which Trump would not say with certainty whether he would vacate the White House if Joe Biden wins the election.
