Along with the forced feet-kissing, Hassa bint Salman allegedly instructed her bodyguard to beat the man.

The sister of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was given a 10-month suspended sentence and fined 10,000 euros ($11,000) by a French court for the beating of a plumber working in her Paris residence in 2016.

According to Agence France-Presse, Hassa bint Salman was charged with ordering her bodyguard to carry out the beating, which occurred after she found the plumber taking photos inside her home.

The 42-year-old princess was tried in absentia after failing to show up at the trial, which resulted in a punishment that went beyond that sought by prosecutors.

The plumber, Ashraf Eid, told investigators he had taken photos of the bathroom during the course of his work and needed them for reference, but that the Saudi royal became angry when caught her reflection in the mirror on camera.

She then called in her bodyguard to exact the beating. Eid said he was kept in the residence for several hours, during which time he alleged that “he was also tied up and ordered to kiss the feet of the princess.”

Eid said they also destroyed his phone and at one point the princess shouted, “Kill him, the dog, he doesn’t deserve to live.”
