Track Palin, the son of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, has been arrested again for a domestic violence relate crime. This is the second time that Palin has been arrested for a domestic violence related offense in the last two years. Palin was arraigned this morning on felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault, and misdemeanor criminal mischief for causing up to $500 in property damage.
Palin was also arrested in 2016 on domestic violence-related charges, including misdemeanor assault and interfering with a domestic-violence report, according to court records. He took a plea deal that resulted in some of the charges being dismissed, and he pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
According to the LA Times, a charge of felony burglary indicates that Palin either attempted to harm someone (or actually did) during the commission of the offense.
Further details were not immediately available. The felony burglary charge indicates Palin is accused of hurting or attempting to hurt someone while committing burglary.
