Robber makes bomb threat to clerk, who replies 'I'm going to die anyway'

A clerk at a gas station in Madison, Wisconsin went full nihilist when faced with a bomb threat by a would-be robber.

According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, a clerk at a gas station in Madison, Wisconsin went full nihilist when faced with a bomb threat by a would-be robber.

The Madison Police Department reported that the incompetent crook told the clerk "There's bombs everywhere and if you don't give me all the money, everyone is going to die." The clerk reportedly replied by saying “I’m going to die anyway."

The clerk refused to give the robber any money. The man then knocked a lottery display off the counter and ran off.

A man fitting the description was also observed trying to steal alcohol from a nearby store earlier in the evening as well.
