Report: Saudi Arabia Owns The 45th Floor Of Trump Tower
Well before Donald Trump would become the President of the United States, the real estate developer sold an entire floor of Trump Tower to Saudi Arabia.
This transaction, which involved the Kingdom handing Trump $4.5 million for the 45th floor, is one of numerous instances where the president and Saudi Arabia have met through the years.
Now that Trump appears to be doing the country’s bidding, his involvement with the Saudi royal family is under even greater scrutiny.
Trump’s 2001 sale of the 10- bedroom, 13-bathroom apartments to Saudi Arabia included “yearly common charges of $85,585 for building amenities,” which means “Trump was paid at least $5.7 million by the Saudi government since 2001,” the New York Daily News reported.
And in 2008, the 45th floor of Trump Tower “became part of the Saudi Mission to the United Nations.”
Translation? “The government of Saudi Arabia is literally living in Trump’s house today, right now, and is paying him for the privilege.”
