Pentagon Cybersecurity Contractor Indicted For Threatening Rep. Frederica Wilson

Darryl Varnum threatened Congresswoman Frederica Wilson (D-FL) after she proposed pro-vaccination legislation.

Pentagon cybersecurity contractor Darryl Albert Varnum has been indicted for threatening to kill Representative Frederica Wilson (D-FL) after she proposed pro-vaccination legislation. According to The Daily Beast, Wilson’s bill, The Vaccinate All Children Act, would mandate that public schools must vaccinate all children in order to receive any federal funding. The bill includes exemptions, for example if a vaccine would threaten the child’s health, the child need not get the vaccine.

Varnum called Wilson’s office in Florida on June 28, 2019 and left her a threatening voicemail. He said: “I’m gonna kill your ass if you do that bill. I swear. I will fucking come down and kill your fucking ass. And you’re a Congressperson, that’s fine. I hope the fucking FBI, CIA and everybody else hears this shit.”

He continued, “This is the United States of America, bitch. Get the fuck out. I’ll tell you what I’ll come down to Miami bitch. I’ll fuck you up. Like the Cubans don’t even know.”

Varnum compared The Vaccinate All Children Act to the Holocaust on his Facebook page. He wrote: “Holocaust has begun! I’m done with this bullshit. Time to step up or ship out.”

Varnum, who works for Sealing Technology, has had behavioral issues in the past. His wife once called the Carroll County sheriff’s deputies on her husband. The police found Varnum in his garage holding a bottle of vodka and a rifle. Varnum was claiming that Taliban militants were coming to his house. The police took him to the hospital.
