A Tennessee pastor who attended a round table with President Trump tested positive for the coronavirus about one week after the event, according to WVLT.

  • Pastor Perry Cleek of Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church in Jonesborough was invited to the event after a story about his church donating $1,000 to every Jonesborough Police Department employee.
  • Cleek said just shy of one week after the round table event, he began showing symptoms of COVID-19: “It started with a really severe cough that lasted two or three days but it’s mostly gone.”
