PA Swing Voters Would Still Vote for Trump if He Shot Someone
A panel of Pennsylvania voters from swing districts were featured on CNN New Day on Wednesday, and two proudly said that they would still vote for Donald Trump in 2020 if he shot someone, according to Mediaite.
The segment, moderated by anchor Alisyn Camerota, was focused on insights into the minds of voters in a state that is considered crucial for whoever will win the 2020 presidential election. The Panel consisted of women who had switched from voting Republican to Democrat or vice versa.
The last question of the segment was directed to Crystal, the most pro-Trump. Camerota asked, “Crystal, is there anything [Trump] could do that would make you not vote for him?”
“No,” she replied.
Camerota then referenced the infamous hypothetical scenario initially asked by Trump during the 2016 election, asking “If he shot someone on 5th avenue, would you vote for him?”
Another panelist interjected: “You’d have to know why he shot him.” Crystal agreed, asking, “Yeah, why did he shoot him?”
