On Twitter, Lev Parnas’ Lawyer Publicly Shames Nunes For Not Recusing Himself

Attorney Joseph Bondy, who represents indicted Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas, said on Tuesday that Congressman Devin Nunes should have recused himself from the impeachment investigation due to his own involvement in the Ukraine scandal.
According to The Week, Bondy tweeted his message to the California lawmaker, who is the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, alongside a snapshot of phone records showing Nunes’ apparent involvement.
The committee’s report detailed numerous phone calls between Nunes and Giuliani, as well as calls between the lawmaker and Parnas — all at key points in Giuliani’s efforts to secure Ukrainian investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and his attempts to oust the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.
