On August 21, the New York Times released a story claiming, "Months after backing out of a trip to Ukraine amid criticism that he was mixing partisan politics with foreign policy, Rudolph W. Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, has renewed his push for the Ukrainian government to pursue investigations into political opponents of Mr. Trump."

On September 22, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin wouldn't explain why the U.S. gave Ukraine an additional $140M (maybe because it sounds like Trump bribed Ukraine with U.S. taxpayer money?)
