Newly Unsealed Docs Claim Dershowitz Got Epstein Deal To Gain Himself Immunity


Newly unsealed documents claim that Alan Dershowitz sought his own immunity in securing a plea deal for Jeffrey Epstein.

Newly unsealed documents related to longtime Jeffrey Epstein companion Ghislaine Maxwell claim that attorney Alan Dershowitz worked to secure a sweetheart plea deal for Epstein in 2008 in order to gain immunity for himself.

  • According to the documents, “Epstein forced then-minor Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with...former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, a close friend of Epstein’s and well-known criminal attorney.”
  • The documents claim Dershowitz had sex with Jane Doe #3 “on numerous occasions while she was a minor” in numerous places.
  • It goes on to say that “Dershowitz would later play a significant role in negotiating the NPA on Epstein’s behalf … that provided immunity from federal prosecution in the Southern District of Florida not only to Epstein, but also to ‘any potential co-conspirators of Epstein.’”
