The video was put to the song of ‘Rambling Man’ by the Allman Bros.

Some have suggested that President Trump’s actions in this video are examples of ‘sundowning’, a symptom of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia where confusion or agitation worsen as the day wears on.
