Kavanaugh’s Second Accuser Has Gone Directly To The FBI With Her Accusations

Deborah Ramirez's attorney sent a letter to the FBI requesting an investigation into her claim of sexual misconduct.

In light of Senate Republicans’ decision to forego an FBI investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, the second of Brett Kavanaugh’s accusers has reached out to the FBI herself.

According to TPM, Deborah Ramirez’s attorney, John Clune, sent a letter directly to the FBI on Wednesday, requesting a thorough investigation into Ramirez’s allegation.

Ramirez has been requesting an FBI investigation since she came forward with her allegation that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a Yale party, but Senate Republicans have not been receptive to the request.
