The deposition of Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre that implicates Trump-defending attorney Alan Dershowitz was ordered to be unsealed by a judge, according to Raw Story.

  • Miami Herald reporter Julie Brown tweeted that Judge Loretta Preska, the Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, has reportedly begun the process of unsealing the documents that implicate Dershowitz, who was Epstein’s personal attorney.
  • Giuffre has accused Dershowitz of sexually assaulting her as a teenager, which Dershowitz has denied.
