IOWA’S STEVE KING: PRESIDENT OBAMA IS PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YESTERDAY’S CONGRESSIONAL SHOOTING

Iowa Congressman Steve King accused President Barack Obama of being partially responsible for yesterday’s congressional shooting.

“I do want to put some of this at the feet of Barack Obama,” the congressman told WHO Iowa radio. “He contributed mightily to dividing us. He focused on our differences rather than our things that unify us. And this is some of the fruits of that labor.”

Most Americans feel different than the Congressman.

As he stopped at the scene of yesterday’s shooting, Representative King told the Washington Post that, “America has been divided. And the center of America is disappearing, and the violence is appearing in the streets, and it’s coming from the left.”

Mr. King is both a White Supremacist and a xenophobe.

While speaking to Chris Hayes, the Congressman claimed that civilization arose solely due to the works of White people. He later tried to claim that he meant “Western civilization”. His career is littered with flagrant appeals to White Nationalism and Ethno-chauvinism.

The Congressman keeps a Confederate flag on his desk even though Iowa was a member of the Union.

In 2005, the Congressman came out against naming a post office after a California civil rights icon.

Last year, Steve King attempted to block Harriet Tubman from appearing on the twenty dollar bill.
