InfoWars' main YouTube channel is in danger of being banned by YouTube according to a published report by CNN.

InfoWars, a far-right media organization run by Alex Jones and known for peddling unfounded conspiracy theories, is on thin ice with YouTube after it posted a video that portrayed the survivors of the Parkland school shooting as actors. The Alex Jones Channel, Infowar's biggest YouTube account, received one strike for that video, a source with knowledge of the account told CNN. YouTube's community guidelines say if an account receives three strikes in three months, the account is terminated.

While InfoWars claims that it shares 'real' news, in actuality, the station is known for making stories up. For instance, the channel routinely calls mass-shootings 'false-flags' yet InfoWars has never offered credible evidence that this is the case.

During a custody lawsuit between InfoWars' Alex Jones and his ex-wife, Jones' lawyer admitted that his client is a 'performance artist' playing a role. Jone's attorney compared him to a Batman character existing in the world of Gotham City, meaning Jones and his InfoWars' universe were constructs of fiction, not true reality.
