Ohio's secretary of state is here with a PSA on voting, announcing that 29 Ohio elections were decided by a single vote.

Virginia's recent election showed the country that everyone's vote matters when for a time it seemed the Democratic candidate had won her seat by a single vote, and now Ohio makes the case again that every vote counts: 29 of its local elections were decided by just one vote.

“When we say ‘one vote matters,’ it’s not just a saying – it has proven true 141 times in Ohio over the last five years,” [Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted] said. “Last November’s election was another reminder why eligible voters need to be active participants in the democratic process.”
