Seating my party, taking my order, bringing food to my table, refilling beverages, bringing the check, taking my card and perhaps processing it, and returning the slip to sign along with my credit card? At least 20%.
Handing me a cup of something and ringing up a sale? Certainly not as much. Maybe 5%?
