Harvard Law School Announces That Kavanaugh Won’t Be Teaching There

Harvard Law School announced Monday that Brett Kavanaugh's class will not be offered next year as planned.

Brett Kavanaugh will not be teaching his course, The Supreme Court Since 2005, at Harvard Law School in 2019, according to the school's Curriculum Committee.

HuffPost reported Monday that students were informed of the change after being told last week by Dean John F. Manning that the fate of Kavanaugh’s class — which he has taught since 2009 — was still unknown.

> The email, which was sent at 7:55 p.m. Eastern time Monday, says:

> Today, Judge Kavanaugh indicated that he can no longer commit to teaching his course in January Term 2019, so the course will not be offered.

> Sent on behalf of the Law School’s Curriculum Committee.

> Harvard Law students haven’t received any other information about the cancellation yet, but one student reported “tons of speculation right now.”
