The GOP has 50k volunteers, attorneys and staff focused on Election Day operations, particularly in battleground states.

Axios reports that the Republican Party is already gearing up for post-election lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Nevada if the election results are close.

As pre-election lawsuits draw to a close, and with President Trump running behind Joe Biden in national and many battleground state polls, Republicans are turning their attention to preparations for Election Day and beyond, and potential recounts.

Axios noted that lawsuits could come from both Republicans and Democrats next week, depending on the margin of victory in each state.
