God Tells Michele Bachmann Not To Run For U.S. Senate

Michele Bachmann asked, and 'God' answered.

Former Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann told televangelist Jim Bakker earlier this month that she would run for Al Franken's vacant Senate seat if God told her she should.

Someone has gone to heavenly lengths to convince former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann to end her soul-searching about a possible U.S. Senate bid.

A billboard on University Avenue above Midway Books is addressed to Bachmann, the former Sixth Congressional District representative, with a one word message: “No.”

The messenger? The billboard is signed “God” and includes a cartoon depiction of the Supreme Being.

I think that it's hilarious that 'god' is projected as a white bearded old white man... when Jesus was a Jew and we all came out of Africa/Austrialia dark skinned... I am just beginning to wonder about the whole American question.. how is it that fundamentalists have taken over the state. How is it that there is a President in office who is patently 'mafia' and how is it that the majority of the population are being led into the blackest hole imaginable having put their brains on a shelf first?
