President Donald Trump engaged in witness intimidation during live testimony on Friday when he issued a tweet criticizing former Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, leading many to suggest Democrats could use the incident in an article of impeachment
But a Fox News reporter said Trump cannot be impeached for this because it’s not explicitly in the U.S. Constitution. In reality, the U.S. Constitution says presidents can be impeached for “high crimes and misdemeanors."
