Fox And Friends: Robert Mueller Doesn’t Know The Details Of The Mueller Report

Co-Host Brian Kilmeade said Mueller is like "the king of England," delegating to others but not necessarily in the know.

House Democrats have called former special counsel Robert Mueller to testify later this month regarding his findings in the Russia investigation, but the hosts of Fox & Friends are not sure Mueller knows what he’s talking about.

In a segment flagged by RawStory, co-host Brian Kilmeade openly questions whether Mueller even knows what is in the final report produced by his team.

“The other thing I have a sense of,” Kilmeade said, “he has until July 17 to bone up on it. I don’t think he knows the details of the report.”

Co-host Steve Doocy chimed in saying Mueller “better” know what is in the report, because “his name’s on it.”

But Kilmeade insisted that while Mueller oversaw the investigation, he might not know the findings of those to whom he delegated responsibilities — and Kilmeade made a point to say that many on Mueller’s team were Democrats.

“He’s like the king of England on this. He assigns the people,” Kilmeade began. “They’re going to say, why are most of them Democratically affiliated. Aren’t you concerned about that? Do you feel why some feel there was an agenda in there?”

Co-host Jedediah Bila also added to the discussion: “If he doesn’t know it now, I’m pretty sure he’s sitting with a highlighter to go over it and make this his moment.”
