Former Trump Adviser Sentenced To 10-Years In Prison On Child Rape Charges
George Nader, who was a key witness in special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation and informally advised President Donald Trump's team on foreign policy, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on child sex charges, according to Axios.
- In January, Nader pleaded guilty “to possessing child pornography and bringing a 14-year-old boy to the U.S. to engage in sexual activity.”
- CNN reported that Judge Leonie Brinkema handed down the sentence in Virginia on Friday, “closing a disturbing case that exposed Nader's double life as a pedophile who also advised top US and Middle Eastern officials.”
- Axios noted that Mueller’s report “outlined how Nader acted as a conduit between Trump associates and Russians.”
