Eric Trump: Americans Shouldn’t Be Handed Things, They Must Work For It

Eric Trump, like his father, was quite literally handed everything that he owns but thinks he is a self-made man.

In an interview with Fox News, Eric Trump greatly criticized the agenda of Democrats, claiming that popular policies handed things to Americans and that it is “almost an anti-American message.”

According to Newsweek, Trump’s critique was based on the idea that Americans should have to work for the policies pushed by Democrats, such as healthcare and higher taxes for top earners. However, it’s a popular critique of Eric Trump himself that similar to his father and his siblings, he was granted a much greater amount of privilege and wealth than most Americans.

Eric Trump also delivered his warning that the United States could become similar to Venezuela due to Democratic policies. Additionally, he stated that he wants his father to declare a national emergency to ensure a border wall because “that’s what America wants, that’s what America needs.”

Socialism isn't getting free stuff. It's getting what you paid for with your tax dollars rather than giving it away to corporate subsidies. Stop defending billionaires over hard working people. This is a bipartisan con job Republicans as well as Democratic loyalists are all guilty of this. I will never understand this defending of billionaires over your own health and welfare just for the illusion of 'winning'.
