Summer Zervos, a former 'Apprentice' contestant, claims Trump assaulted her at a hotel. His calendar says he was there.

President Donald Trump’s 12-year-old private calendar appears to show that he and a former contestant on The Apprentice were at the same hotel at the time she claims Trump sexually assaulted her.

According to The Independent, Trump Organization documents also show that Summer Zervos pursued a meeting with Trump in New York around the same time she claims that the former real estate mogul kissed her inappropriately in 2007.

The calendar and email exchanges were part of court filings related to Zervos’ defamation lawsuit against the president in a New York court, sparked after Trump called Zervos — and other women who have accused him of sexual misconduct — liars.

Trump has repeatedly denied sexual misconduct allegations, after about a dozen women came forward with accusations against him.

The president has said he never met at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she claims he fondled her, but his calendar from that time reportedly reveals he was at the hotel.

Zervos’ attorney, Marrian Wang, wrote in a memo this week that her client’s “account of the underlying sexual assaults has now been corroborated, in close detail, by documents produced from [Trump’s] own files.”

Trump’s attorney, Marc Kasowitz, denied that characterization, telling the Associated Press that Zervos’ claims are “entirely meritless and not corroborated by any documents”.

Among the hundreds of documents made public is email correspondence between Zervos, who has said she hoped to land a job at the Trump Organization, and Rhona Graff, Trump’s secretary.

“I will be in New York late November, and would like the chance to take Mr Trump to lunch,” Zervos wrote to Graff on 1 October 2007. “I simply think a lot of him and would look forward to visiting with him.”

“Why don’t we keep it casual. Call me when you are in town, and you can certainly pop over if it’s convenient” was Graff’s response.

Zervos claims that she did meet Trump at his office in Trump Tower, where he greeted her with a kiss on the lips. “I was surprised, but felt that perhaps that was just his form of greeting,” she said.

When it happened again, Zervos said she was “upset” and told friends and family about the incident.

Regardless, she said she met with Trump again, this time at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Zervos has accused Trump of unwanted fondling at the lunch meeting, but she said she met with him again the next day at Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

Calendar records provided by the president’s company show that he was at the hotel at the time Zervos claims they met for lunch. Further, the calendar also shows that Trump spent the following morning at “Trump National Golf Club” before leaving Los Angeles.

Trump’s attempt to block Zervos’ lawsuit was unsuccessful, and a judge set the deadline of December 6 for depositions, which The Independent noted means “Trump may have to make a statement or answer questions under oath.”

His attorneys are currently appealing the decision.
