Michael Cohen was ordered to be released from prison again after a federal judge found that the Justice Department retaliated against him for his forthcoming book about President Trump.
- The Wall Street Journal reported that Cohen’s home confinement deal was revoked when he “declined to give up his rights to publish a book and speak with the media.”
- Cohen’s book about the president reportedly will soon be ready for publishing.
- Trump’s former personal attorney “will be released from federal prison in Otisville, N.Y., Friday midday, U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein ruled, after he chided federal prosecutors and the Bureau of Prisons for their handling of the matter.”
