Coast Guard Lt. Arrested For Plotting Right Wing Terrorism

Lt. Christopher Hasson reportedly had a stash of guns and hit list targeting media personalities and elected officials.

A lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard arrested this week on drug and gun charges has been characterized as a "domestic terrorist bent on committing acts dangerous to human life."

Lt. Christopher Hasson referred to himself as a long-time white nationalist and advocated for "focused violence" in service of establishing a white homeland, according to charging documents.

At the time of his arrest, Hasson reportedly had a stash of guns, along with a hit list composed of media personalities and elected officials.
