ALLEGED NEO-NAZI TERRORIST GRANTED BAIL BY FEDERAL COURT, JUDGE CLAIMS HE ISN’T A THREAT

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida has granted 21-year old Brandon Russell bail after being arrested for possession of bomb-making material, weapons, and ammo in his Tampa Plains home, Florida home.

On his bedroom dresser, investigators found a framed photo of Oklahoma City Bomber Timothy McVeigh. His personal computer contained Neo-Nazi and White Supremacist propaganda.

Mr. Russell is a member of Florida’s National Guard.

While discovering this evidence, Mr. Russell was out purchasing more guns and ammo.

Federal Judge Thomas McCoun granted Mr. Russell bail based on his belief that there was “no clear and convincing evidence” that he, “represents a threat to any person or community.”

Mr. Russell was arrested following his roommate’s arrest, Devon Arthurs. Mr. Arthurs is accused of murdering his two other roommates.

Mr. Arthurs claims that his roommates Jeremy Himmelman, Andrew Oneshuk, and Brandon Russell were all active Neo-Nazis. Mr. Arthur says he murdered his roommates because they didn’t respect his recent conversion to Islam.
