The city of Albuquerque sent the Trump campaign a second bill for more than $200,000 after the campaign didn't pay.

The city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, would like the Trump campaign to reimburse expenses related to President Donald Trump’s September rally and has sent a second bill attempting to collect $211,000, according to Newsweek.

Mayor Tim Keller told The Hill this week that Trump’s unpaid bill is "being treated like every other bill owed to the city,” and after sending its initial bill for $211,175.94 in October, the city sent a second invoice informing the campaign its payment is “overdue.”

Keller said that the Trump campaign used resources during the president’s visit to Albuquerque, where he held a rally on September 16 and stayed overnight.

"The President's campaign stop in the Albuquerque area cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars, including over 1,500 hours of police overtime that was required by the campaign," the mayor said in a statement in October. "We are asking the Trump campaign to pay our taxpayers back for the costs from his campaign stop."

Newsweek noted that in general, cities “do not charge presidents or dignitaries for costs incurred during official visits that do not serve as campaign stops,” but the city says this was not an official visit; rather, it “was based around a rally intended to bolster the president's re-election campaign.”

Michael Glassner, Chief Operating Officer at Donald Trump for President, Inc., disagreed, telling The Hill that any attempts at reimbursement should go through the Secret Service.

"The cost to the taxpayer was created by the President's campaign," a Keller spokesperson told the publication. "Taxpayers are on the hook for the thousands of hours of police overtime and other costs incurred, and we are asking the Trump campaign to pay them back."

Albuquerque is not alone in trying to get the Trump campaign to pay up: “At least 12 other cities have reportedly billed the Trump campaign for unpaid expenses and the total amount still owed by the campaign is said to be roughly $1.7 million.”
