Alan Dershowitz represented Jeffrey Epstein in 2008 and allegedly was also part of the sex trafficking ring.

Newsweek reports that a federal judge has ordered attorneys for Virginia Giuffre to destroy files about Jeffrey Epstein, the financier implicated in an underage sex trafficking ring.

  • Giuffre, who had publicly accused Epstein of sex trafficking, and her attorneys obtained the files from a 2015 civil suit against Epstein. The documents allegedly contain information on the names of high profile individuals with whom Epstein conducted business.
  • United States District Judge Loretta Preska ruled that Giuffre and her lawyers obtained the documents improperly, as “the protective order could only be enforced during the civil lawsuit proceedings which had already been settled,” Newsweek explains.
  • Preska ordered that the files “shall be destroyed” and that “Counsel shall submit an affidavit detailing the steps taken to do so.”
  • Preska’s order comes following a request from Alan Dershowitz for access to the documents for himself. The Los Angeles Times explains that represented Epstein in another case in 2008.
  • Giuffre has said that Dershowitz is among the men who Epstein forced her to have sex with. Dershowitz requested access to the files on the grounds that it might be an asset to his defense.
  • In her ruling, Preska called Dershowitz’s request to see documents “with over a thousand docket entries” as being akin to a “carpet bombing.”

So that's why they started the Clinton pizza shop sex slave story. It was a projection of what they were actually doing.
