The Department of Labor has proposed a new rule that permits government contractors to discriminate.

The Department of Labor has proposed a new rule that permits government contractors to discriminate on religious grounds against the following classes of people:

  1. Workers who are LGBTQ.

  2. Workers who are pregnant and unmarried.

Nearly one-quarter of employees in the United States work for an employer that has a contract with the federal government.
