House Republicans and Democrats delivered a strong rebuke to President Trump's easing of sanctions on Oleg Deripaska.

Unlike their counterparts in the Senate, more than 100 House Republicans bucked President Donald Trump to pass a Democratic resolution disapproving of Trump’s decision to ease sanctions on companies controlled by Russian oligarch and Vladimir Putin ally Oleg Deripaska, according to The Hill.

In a 362-53 vote, the House sounded its disapproval of the lifting of sanctions, with 130 Republicans breaking with Trump and backing the Democratic measure.

The vote comes after legislation to prevent the rolling back of sanctions failed Wednesday on a procedural vote in the Senate. Eleven Republicans voted in the Senate to prevent the lifting of sanctions.
