In a confrontation with Ms. Enderly-Peracchio, Mr. Jasterzbski screamed directly into the woman’s face:
“You wish you were being f—ed by me.You don’t have to worry about me penetrating you at all.” He continued, “You wanted fair and square and you should have been satisfied with that, but you stood there and you let them corrupt the system of political process.”
A police report of the incident claims that Mr. Jasterzbski accused Ms. Enderly-Peracchio of removing campaign signs of another politician.
Ms. Enderly-Peracchio told police that she and her daughter were afraid that Mr. Jasterzbski would physically harm them.
“She believed she was going to strike her or her daughter during the incident,” the official police report said.
Speaking to Patch.com, Mr. Jasterzbski said, “I give the same amount of respect to anyone and I deserve the same amount of respect back. I will defend myself and defend the voters and residents of the 1st Ward, as I have for the last 3-and-a-half years.”
