One of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims claims that she, Epstein, and Prince Andrew once participated in an orgy with eight other girls on the now-deceased financier’s private island.
According to The Times of London, Virginia Roberts Giuffre said the incident took place on Little St. James, Epstein’s island in the Caribbean. A special edition of Channel 4’s Dispatches entitled The Prince and the Paedophile is set to air on Monday night taking a look at the claim.
In 2015 court documents, Giuffre wrote: “The third time I had sex with Andy was in an orgy on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands. I was around 18 at the time. Epstein, Andy, approximately eight other young girls and I had sex together. The other girls all seemed and appeared to be under the age of 18 and didn’t really speak English. Epstein laughed about the fact they couldn’t really communicate, saying that they are the ‘easiest’ girls to get along with.”
Prince Andrew has denied ever having sex with Giuffre.
The Times reported that Dispatches uncovered medical records appearing to support Giuffre’s claim of abuse, noting that “documents from New York Presbyterian Hospital show that she was admitted on July 9, 2001 after three weeks of vaginal bleeding.”
In another court document from 2015, Giuffre said: “Without going into the details of the sexual activities I was forced to endure, there were times when I was physically abused to the point that I remember fearfully thinking that I didn’t know whether I was going to survive.”
Dispatches determined that Prince Andrew met Epstein at least ten times over the twelve years they were friends, on some occasions staying with the wealthy American for several days.
Epstein died in August while held in a New York prison, reportedly having taken his own life after his second arrest on sex trafficking charges.
