The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq Composite rebounded on Wednesday after selling off the day prior.

  • The Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 530.70 points, or 1.91 percent, to close at 28,303.46.
  • The S&P 500 gained 1.74 percent to close at 3,419.44.
  • The Nasdaq Composite gained 1.88 percent to close at 11,364.60.

Stocks rebounded after President Trump seemed to change his stance on another stimulus package. He called for Congress to approve another round of stimulus checks, aid the airline industry, and give more funding to the Paycheck Protection Program.
