The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq Composite gained on Wednesday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 257.86 or 0.83 percent, to close at 31,188.38.
The S&P 500 gained 1.39 percent to close at 3,851.85.
The Nasdaq Composite gained 1.97 percent to close at 13,347.25.
