Kustomer is a startup that focuses on improving customer service online. It allows businesses to group customer conversations and place them onto a single screen with the hope that some responses could be automated. These services are already available on Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

Earlier this year, Facebook launched Shops. This feature enables businesses to place their products online across the tech giant's various platforms.
