Airbnb Raises its IPO Share Target Again
Airbnb shares are expected at a range between $56 and $60 per share for its initial public offering, according to CNBC.
Last week, the company set a price range between $44 and $50 for its shares before changing to the new range today, according to an S-1/A filing Monday.
At $60 per share, Airbnb would raise $3.1 billion and have a fully diluted valuation of $41.8 billion, meaning that securities like options and restricted stock units are included. In April, Airbnb was valued at $18 billion at a private fundraising round. Airbnb's public trading debut is set for December 10.
