Jerry Zweitzig, 71, was sentenced to 200 years in federal prison for abusing an infant and a young girl.

A 71-year-old former pastor in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 200 years in federal prison for sexually abusing an infant and a young girl, according to Patch.

Jerry Zweitzig, who was the pastor of Horsham Bible Church at the time, took photos and videos of the abuse. He also had a collection of more than 10,000 images of child pornography.

Zweitzig pleaded guilty to five counts of manufacturing and attempted manufacturing of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography in the case of the young girl. In the case of the infant, he pleaded to one count of manufacturing and one count of attempted manufacturing of child pornography.

According to the report, both children were in Zweitzig's care at the time of the abuse. The girl was under 10 and the boy was six months old. Zweitzig abused the young girl over a period of years, prosecutors said.

Zweitzig was arrested in 2018. On Thursday, Judge Wendy Beetlestone sentenced the former pastor to 200 years in prison and lifetime supervised release.
